Well, Fashioni is an almost 3-year-old startup, which is founded by the Digital Marketing team.

Fashioni, used the world’s most secure payment method, here you may purchase any product via Whatsapp and Cash On Delivery. So, basically, we just need your basic information such as email, phone number, and address so feel free about the data security.

How do I cancel the order, I have placed?

Canceling the order is not a big deal, while you cancel your order on the day of dispatch. Which will affect our shipping department,  try to inform us about cancel order in 24 hours, it’s acceptable. If you want to return the product more than 1 day, then you have to pay the courier charge. 

What's about the Fashioni Replacement Policy?

We make the replacement method very easy. Whether you want to replace the product, then request us “Replace Product” request via Whatsapp, with an unboxing video (Required).
